Celebrate Earth Day by Showing Your Support!

We are so close to meeting our Earth Day goal! As a non-profit, we rely on donations from people like YOU to support our public programs, youth education efforts, free snowshoe and canoe rentals, community events and more.

Can you help us meet our goal by April 28?

Every dollar goes a long way in helping our local wildlife and human communities. $5, $10, or $20 or whatever you can contribute will make a difference.

"There's nothing like escaping into the woods to reset your heart and mind."

"I love to bring the kids here to get away from the rest of the world. Very peaceful and beautiful!"

"Hirundo's trails weave around the homes of a plethora of Maine's resident wildlife. I've birded at Hirundo several times and seen a wide variety of species and even when birds are sparse turtles, mink, muskrat, snakes and deer are all likely sights."

"Had a fun night out paddling under the full moon. We saw 4 blue heron, 2 beavers, a muskrat, and a filter-feeding glob that has a very scientific name that I cannot recall."

"Great trails to get out into the wilderness without having to drive long distances."
